• 使っている Mac と macOS の版（例: MacBook Air・macOS 15.5）
• Tidebreath の版（分かれば。「アプリケーション」の Tidebreath を選んで ⌘I を押すと出ます）
• 起きたこと（何をしたら、何が起きたか）。画面のスクリーンショットがあれば添えてください
